Sundarijal falls inside the boundaries of Shivapuri National Park, a place of cool shades, tall trees, beautiful streams and serene atmosphere — all in striking contrast to the hurly and burly of Kathmandu city. The trek ends the next day after descending from Nagarkot to Changu Narayan, the oldest temple built around 323 AD, and eventually, drive back to Kathmandu.
